The 14th Annual VFL Rubber Duck Race will be held at the Mountain Laurel Festival on
​Saturday May 17, 2025

First Place: $1000         *          Second Place: $500          *       Third Place: $250
Tickets will also be available for purchase at the Mountain Laurel Festival on May 17, 2025, where they will be sold at the Volunteers for Literacy booth until 1:30 p.m. The booth will be located on East Water Street in front of Shield Realty. 

Tickets also will be available at:
  • Elizabeth & Company Resale Treasures
  • Clarkesville Library 
  • Cornelia Library
  • And from any VFL Board Members

The Ninth Annual VFL Dec-a- Duck contest also will be held in May. Contact us at [email protected] if you want to sponsor the duck race and enter. Sponsorships begin at $100. Deadline for sponsorships is April 15.
